Rita is living in her daughters apartment, working at a burger bar. Molly has sent in a job application on behalf of Rita. It turns out that the job is at the school Rita went to as a teen.

Plot Summary:Rita has settled down in Molly's flat and is working at a burger joint, which is getting on Molly's nerves. When Molly sends off a job application on Rita's behalf, Rita is called for an interview and offered a teaching position at her old elementary school. And before she knows it, she is grudgingly heading back to her hometown. Meanwhile, Hjørdis, who is worried about Rita, has gotten herself a job at the same school, in order to keep an eye on her.
